My name is Karla. I am a single, 44 year old female with no kids. I am looking to share my three bedroom house in Alpine. Large size room with spacious closet and sliding door to shared balcony with pool/Mountain Views. Own bathroom. I have a downstairs family room with big screen tv, treadmill, elliptical, pool table that leads to the pool area. I have an older German shepherd dog who is mostly out doors who is very friendly and two wonderful sweet female cats. I’m clean, respectful and friendly. I travel here and there and extremely family oriented. All my neighbors are wonderful, friendly and respectful. Street is on a cul-de-sac - so it’s very quiet and no traffic.
