Private room available for immediate move-in in a clean, comfortable shared home. A previous roommate recently moved out of the country, so the room is ready for someone new.

The room currently includes a bed and dresser. The bed can be removed if you would prefer to bring your own furniture or use the room differently. There is no desk currently in the room.

You will have access to the shared bathroom, full kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, and washer and dryer located in the garage. The home offers plenty of space for normal day-to-day living, cooking, laundry, and relaxing.

Small pets may be considered, so feel free to ask if you have an animal.

No credit check required. We are looking for someone responsible, respectful, and comfortable living in a shared household.
