I have a 1 bedroom for rent for $1200, in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in a clean, quiet, cul-de-sac in Allied Gardens: (92120 zip code). The house is centrally located. Only a 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown, the beach, and the airport. It is a 6 minute drive to SDSU. FEMALE RENTER ONLY

ABOUT THE HOUSE AND ROOM: unfurnished bedroom is upstairs with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a beautiful spacious kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, an open living room with a comfy sectional, a den off the living room with an additional sectional and TV, and a washer and dryer in the garage. The backyard: There is a custom built patio with ceiling fans, patio furniture. There’s also a swimming pool. The driveway is wide enough for three cars (I park my car on the left).

ABOUT ME:
I am a middle school teacher, female, in my late 50’s. I frequent movies and Disneyland and I love to travel. I have 2 adult children who do not live at home. However, my son lives nearby, and they come home for major holidays.

ABOUT YOU:
Clean, mature, reliable, easy going, professional. FEMALES only
Single adult occupancy only. No couples and no kids. No pets. Nonsmoker
No heavy foot traffic. I don’t mind if you have friends over, but no large groups or parties.

I understand if you are in a relationship, however, overnight guests must be kept to a minimum.

FOR RENT: One bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom, utilities included* (water/trash, gas/electric, and internet) $1200 per month.

Other amenities include: One parking spot available in driveway and plenty of street parking. Kitchen privileges. Washer/Dryer. Second fridge in garage if you need more space for cold food. Beautiful backyard with a pool.
