Since this block ends in a canyon, there is limited foot and vehicle traffic resulting a quiet, peaceful neighborhood convenient to most all of San Diego. Downtown, the beach, Zoo, a park, Mission Valley, and much more are minutes away. Specialty restaurants, nighttime entertainment, 30th Street Craft Beer Corridor and a park are all within a ten-minute walk. The bus stop is ½ block and a ride to SDSU or downtown takes about 15-20 minutes.
