Private Room in the Heart of Normal Heights!

Hello! I’m a recent University of San Diego master’s graduate now working full-time in a health related field, and I'm currently looking for a roommate to share a furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath + office in Normal Heights on a month-to-month lease. I have lived here for 2 years – my roommate recently accepted a job on the east coast so I am looking for someone to take over his half of the lease.

Fully furnished with all you need, 2 smart TV's, bedding, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster oven, air fryer, etc. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed and the office has a desk and a couch. Ceiling fans located in each room. Additionally, there is a private patio for outside enjoyment.

This is a quiet, well cared for property occupied by couples, students, and young professionals. I’m looking for someone who values a clean, organized, comfortable home and a pleasant living environment. Additionally, someone who is similarly career-oriented, dependable, easy going, and takes pride in keeping the home clean and organized. No pets unfortunately; if this sounds like a good fit for your lifestyle, I’d be happy to hear a little about you, your work, and what you’re looking for in a roommate.

Outside of work I love to stay active in the gym, on runs, spending time at the beach, and skateboarding when I can. I’m pretty laid back but always down for a good time with friends, trying new restaurants, bars or whatever opportunities arise! I’m originally from Seattle and moved here for undergrad at UCSD.

The apartment has on-site laundry but there is no in-unit laundry. The location is great and within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bars, entertainment, Vons, Sprouts, flea markets, and everything Adams Avenue has to offer. It’s also just one exit south of Mission Valley/Fashion Valley, with easy access to I-8, I-805, I-15, and SR-163.
