ABOUT THE HOME
The condo is owner-occupied and there are two resident dogs - a 2 year-old Chiweenie and a 2 year-old Min Pin, so unfortunately no additional pets.

The owner is a professional who tends to work long hours, so this is a good fit for someone who appreciates a home that is comfortable, respectful and low-key, while still having the opportunity to share the space and enjoy the neighborhood.

I'm looking for someone clean, responsible, and easygoing - ideally someone with some similar interests and compatible lifestyle. I'd especially enjoy having a roommate closer to my age, but all qualified applicants are welcome.
