Hello, my roommate is moving out and I need to fill his room. I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the heart of Normal Heights. It's an upstairs corner apartment in a small complex. The rent is $1050 a month plus Internet/SDGE. The security deposit is $900 that will be paid directly to departing roommate. The property company will have you fill out a rental application/run a credit check. The complex has a laundry room on site plus you get assigned parking. No pets unfortunately.
