Shared mountain home. Your apartment is most of the downstairs floor, we the landlords live upstairs. You have a private entrance, living room, kitchenette, bed, bath, large closets. You also have the laundry room which we share. You have the use of porches and the property. There are driveways. Utilities are included in the rent.

Being in the mountains requires AWD to deal with snow. This is best for remote work, retirement, or a local job. I have included a photo of downtown Wrightwood which is both a tiny mountain village and a popular ski resort. It has many good restaurants, shops, musical events of all types, and mountain trails. It is much cooler as we are more than a mile above sea level.
