We are a married couple looking for a female roommate to rent out the one bedroom that we have for rent everything is furnished with a bed frame a bed (brand new ) 2 nightstands, drawers, tv, (brand new ) & WiFi we have a cat in the house hold so we are pet friendly as long as ur responsible. We do have a 3 year old toddler and I’m a stay at home mom while my husband works full time. We rarely have visitors over we keep to ourselves but if you decide to have visitors we don’t mind.
