Private Room & Bathroom

We are renting a private, furnished room with your own bathroom right next to the room. Room comes with Queen bed, dresser w/mirror, 60“ TV, nightstand, mini fridge in room and your own fridge. All can be removed if you have your own furniture. The bathroom is right next door to the room and it will be your own private bathroom. We also provide a fridge for your stuff, a shelf in the kitchen for food, access to the kitchen, access to the laundry room, parking on the side of the house, Wifi and Dish Cable. No credit check. No background check. Just show me proof of income. We’re flexible so let me know if you have any questions. WE ARE ONLY RENTING TO WOMEN. NO MEN. NO COUPLES. NO CHILDREN (LIVING OR VISITING). NO PETS. We are looking for someone who would like to rent long term.

About the roomies
Me and my husband live here with our 2 sons. 18 yrs old and 7 months old. We have 2 service dogs. So we require that you have no pets at all! Me and my husband both work from home and our son does online school. We’re chill people who like to cook, watch TV listen to good music and watch football. We have cameras around the home so your car will always be safe where it’s parked. The neighborhood is really quiet and we’re close to grocery stores, fast food and the freeway.
