Roommates sought for bedroom and master bedroom

Master Bedroom

I am renting this house with a two year lease and I am seeking roommates. There are 3 rooms that need renters but I am only renting two for now. The house has a lot of space and access to the community gym and pool. The gym has much to be desired but the pool area is massive and beautiful. I can send photos upon request. I'm seeking roommates that are responsible with rent and will be cleanly in the public spaces. I have two cats and their litter box stays in my room. The house has a garage that can accommodate the car of the master bedroom and there is another designated parking space outside. Two cars are able to fit in the garage if needed. The house sits inside a large gated community near a couple of business and college campuses. The master bedroom comes furnished and the other room has furniture I can remove if needed. Both rooms have ceiling fans. The smaller room shares the bathroom with another room that I am not renting out yet. There is a washer and dryer for you to use.
