Large bedroom with vaulted ceiling, walk in closet and private patio space. Room comes with queen sized mattress and bed frame but can be removed if renter wants to bring their own bed.

Bathroom is in the hallway but will only be used by the renter. Full washer/dryer privileges.

Shared kitchen and living room space, with garage storage available as well. Driveway parking, as HOA rules do not allow for cars to be parked on the street overnight.

Gated community, renter will issued a gate remote for entry. Community is on a golf course, beautiful backyard view, wild geese and ducks are common visitors.

I do not have any TV services, but the room does have hookups if renter would like to buy their own. Not sure on what providers are available, but Spectrum is the only option for the internet.
