Looking for someone to share the house with. I'm a female, non-smoker, in my 40s. I work a lot and when I am home (I do work from home when I'm not traveling), I like to enjoy a quiet space so I can relax. Looking for a like minded individual who is looking to share the house. Two rooms available.

1. Unfurnished large master bedroom with it's own bathroom. Shower, Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk in closet. 1 garage and 1 driveway parking guaranteed with plenty of street parking available. Washer/dryer inside and available for use, full access to common spaces and kitchen. Internet, gas, and trash included. 2. Unfurnished bedroom with a large closet and shared bathroom. 1 driveway parking guaranteed, garage parking if available, with plenty of street parking. Washer/dryer inside and available for use, full access to common spaces and kitchen. Internet, gas, and trash included. Flexible with allowing furniture in the main space as long as its okay to be used by everyone. Willing to allow a shorter lease for traveling nurses/residents. $1000 p/month
