We have a very clean, laid back, and peaceful environment at the house. This home is near grocery stores, 10fwy, 210 fwy, rennaisance market, gym, and restaurants. Tenant will have access to all of the house amenities( kitchen, living room, backyard patio, community pool, washer and dryer, etc.) There is also a cleaning lady that comes once a month on landlords own expense.
