House Room w/bathroom and the rest of house privil

Im looking for a roommate to split 2000 a month rent and utilities. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home located the the VOE up in Crestline CA. We have a full kitchen, family room. Separate washer/dryer room, front yard, back yard and a driveway that can accommodate 4 vehicals plus guest/visitor parking. Im a private person and prefer minimal traffic but welcome regular visitors and family. This hone is in the process of being renovated, everything is new. There is an option for personal entrance, but the home will be shared between you and I. The actual home owner knows Im subleasing and leaves the details to me. I prefer another student but am open to honest, kind, and hardworking roomies. I don't drink or smoke personally and I don't want smoking at the house period. Can't stand ghe smell, im not fond of vaping either. Someone who drinks occasionally that isn't trying to get drunk, is OK but I don't want an alcoholic or addict of any sort in tge home.
