Large independent room for rent in Rialto

Hello, I am renting a large unfurnished room for one person in Rialto, CA. It has a separate entrance, Own bathroom, Walk-in Closet, with parking on the street (there is always parking). Room comes with a small fridge, microwave and 1-top stove. The house is close to Restaurants, fast food, and supermarkets . 3 minutes to Downtown Rialto. 12 minutes to Renaissance Mkt place. 16 minutes to CSUSB.

I am looking for a responsible, clean, working individual to welcome as a tenant that will be paying rent on time, respect quiet hours of 10pm-09am; with no drug use (no marijuana !) and no pets. I am asking for $750 + utilities (which is water, internet and electricity) But these are divided equally among all people in the house (3). Rent is always due on the 1st of each month. NO overnight guests. To move in you would be asked for first month’s rent, a $600 refundable deposit, and last month’s rent, + one time cost of $30 non-refundable for background check.
