Peaceful resort like house in South Redlands

This is for the master bedroom which is 12x13 (For reference, the bed in the pic is a Cal King). You will have your own private entrance to the backyard with a terrific view. Your private en-suite bathroom has a large vanity with tons of room. Custom built shower with natural stone and two shower heads. 9ft wide closet and one wall has built-in display shelves. Another wall has built in lighting. This has been my personal bedroom for some time and I’ve enjoyed upgrading it.

This house is located in South Redlands in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. The house has a resort like backyard with pool, jacuzzi, firepit, covered patio, BBQ and furniture. There is also a large garden area for planting if that is something you’re into. Utilities included!

The kitchen has recently been fully remodeled with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer that is available for your use. The general vibe is that it will not be a party house but a quiet environment where one could study etc. There is off street parking and plenty of room on the street.

I’m David (45M) and work from home in the software industry. In my down time I enjoy hiking and learning guitar, I will be here only occasionally. Jenna (24F) works locally with kids and enjoys various types of music, serious relaxation or going out. Victoria (25F) works locally at a bank and enjoys exploring/hiking and cooking.

Pretty standard house rules - two to be aware of though: We have one guest max and no overnights. Thanks!
