Pool Home in Rancho Cucamonga

4 bedroom/2 bath house with salt water pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Single story home, approximately 1,900 sqft, in a quiet neighborhood in Rancho Cucamonga. Large living room and den. Floors are all wood laminate and new interior paint. Gym and laundry is in garage. Housekeeper cleans the entire house bi-weekly. I’m considering renting my spare bedrooms if it’s the right fit. #1 room is 12x12; #2 room is 12x10; #3 room is 10x10. I’m in the primary room. Full privileges except to other bedrooms. Spare bedrooms are currently unfurnished but can be furnished. Property has five cameras, three for the front yard and two for the backyard. No overnight guests. Rent can be reduced for cleaning inside and/or outside (that way I don’t need to pay for maid services). Rooms are listed as single occupancy. No couples/ no overnight guests. Sorry for being blunt, but I’ve been receiving too many messages from couples and people that “require” overnight guests. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
