We have two people living in this house and are looking for a third roommate, who is responsible and reliable. We just want to keep up with the household chores and pay the bills on time. Pretty lax household, we are pretty quiet, keep to ourselves, and don’t have parties or many guests over. No children or pets. Full access to kitchen and yards, plenty of street parking, and we share the fridge/freezer/pantry space. Some extra storage in the downstairs closet and the garage/backyard if needed. Utilities split 3 ways. Nice quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants.
