Room: $850 per month - 1 year lease. Refundable security deposit is $650.

- Someone with a full-time job.
- An individual who cleans up after themselves and is respectful of others.
- A responsible and trustworthy person who pays rent on time.
- Someone who doesn't mind dogs. I have a French Bulldog/Pug mix.
- Preferably someone that plans to stay longer than 1 year.
- A good background check.
- References (past landlord(s) preferred).

What I'm NOT looking for:

- A noisy person/party animal.
- Someone who will have people over often.
- Someone who doesn't respect my space and privacy.
- A messy person.
- A cigarette smoker.
