Private Studio/ADU w/ private bathroom

I have a renovated brand new ADU available for rent on May 1st. My husband and I are looking for a responsible, respectful person, open to students or full-time professionals. This unit has a full bathroom, washer & dryer, kitchenette including, a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, fridge with a water dispenser, and sink. There is a built-in closet and I have a single nightstand if wanted (no bedframe included). The unit has an AC and heating system along with a fan and recessed lighting. We converted the attached garage into a 245 square ft studio with full amenities and a private entrance. There is plenty of parking on the street. A credit check, last 2 pays tubs, and ID will be required. We are open to 6 month contract to start but long term is ideal. We are asking $1400 with water, electricity, and wifi included.
