Room in a House for Rent

Newly renovated room (10’x10’6“ approximately) in a three bedroom house for rent. This room does share a bathroom with another roommate (age 28 male). We haven’t furnished the living room or dining room due to everyone basically lives out of their room. But we are looking at furnishing. The room is not furnished so you will have a free space to decorate. The shared bathroom is also newly remodeled with a tile shower. The kitchen is shared between the three roommates. There is some workout equipment in the garage and a washer and dryer available for use. I don’t mind sharing and going to the laundromat is no fun. The other roommate is a 52 year old retired male. We like to interact and cook together sometimes. So it is a very chill atmosphere. Everyone does their part to keep the house clean and all bills are split evenly between the tenants each month. There is a large backyard perfect for a garden or area to let the pets run around. The home does have one indoor cat named Atlas (approximately 10 months old) and I have a 14 month old bearded dragon named Zenyo. We welcome pets so long as they are house broken (if going to be inside) and your clean about their upkeep. The rent is $999.00 and the security deposit is one months rent due on movin.
