We’re looking for a female roommate to join our warm, welcoming home. Our current roommate situation isn’t working out, so we’re hoping to find someone soon to keep things smooth.

🏡 About the House:
• 2-story home | 4 bedrooms | 2.5 bathrooms
• You’ll share a bathroom with one roommate.
• Full access to kitchen, living room, laundry, garage, etc.
• Extra fridge space in the garage
• Quiet & safe neighborhood, close to stores and main streets
• Landlord is one of the tenants’ mom—she lives in Mexico but visits a few weekends a year

👯‍♀️ About Us:
• Ileana & Jessica – roommates who share the master bedroom
• Gloria – had one bedroom upstairs
• Alexis – has the back bedroom downstairs
• We’re friendly, clean, and love a peaceful, respectful vibe
• We cook for each other sometimes, split groceries (optional), and share chores

🐾 Important Notes:
• We already have pets:
– 3 indoor cats
– 1 outdoor cat
– 3 dogs (1 inside, 2 in a back room)
→ No additional pets allowed
• We deep clean every 2 weeks and rotate chores weekly — that’s a must
• We’ve only had male roommates in the past, but are now seeking a female roommate for better household balance
