No Smoking Inside:

Overnight guests are welcome (limited amount restricted by CA LAW), and we operate on an honor system. We kindly request that you introduce us to your guests and keep their stays reasonable in duration to maintain a comfortable living atmosphere.

Housemate details
You would be living with a Couple, 2-30 year old's that work full time, a 11 year old whom is here every other summer if not less. We are clean, easy going, and hard working.

We are healthy, do not drink or smoke.
