• Each room is furnished with a bed, a desk, and a chair.
• All utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and internet are included to reasonably use amount. Exceeding bills will be provided to all renters to share evenly.
• Shared kitchen with stove and microwave.

• Tenants to provide their supplies such as for laundry and cooking.

• 2 car garage parking space available for rent for $120/month per car.
