Preferably someone that plans to stay longer than 1 year.
A good background check.
References (past landlord(s) preferred).
What I’m NOT looking for:

A noisy person/party animal.
Someone who will have people over often.
Someone who doesn’t respect my space and privacy.
A messy person.
A cigarette smoker.
