Families with kids welcome!

We are family of six. We have a toy room currently & a play area in the backyard with swings and slide. I work in Human Resources and my husband is an electrician. We don't eat meat or eggs so we don't cook these items in the house. The room is located near the family room and we'll have a shared bathroom with a shower. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps up their property. Street parking is available. There may be an additional fee if there are more than two individuals occupying the room but we can discuss that when we talk. We will pay for a background check because we ourselves have clear backgrounds and avoid all drugs including marijuana and alcohol. There's also a covered patio with a table and chairs so you can relax and watch your kids with a view of the mountains. We're very close to the summit shopping area where Target and stater Brothers are located. We're so excited to find amazing roommates for our north Fontana home!
