Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease in a spacious 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Montclair. The room is available ASAP and includes your own private bedroom and private bathroom.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one other roommate, but you’ll have plenty of privacy with your own bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has a shared kitchen and living room and is in a convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and freeway access.

The current roommate is friendly, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. The shared spaces are kept clean and comfortable.

This is an official lease takeover, so the new tenant will need to complete the apartment management’s application and approval process. Looking to have someone take over as soon as possible!
