Looking for a responsible, clean female roommate to share a well-appointed apartment. Very close to LLU so preferably a fellow graduate or medical student! You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Enjoy a spacious kitchen and living room, plus access to a community pool and hot tub. The unit is on the second floor with a private balcony, parking is available, and the area is very safe. There is laundry on site. Dishwasher, gas stove and oven, spacious kitchen and living room. Preferably some looking for a one year lease. Female roommate — student or working professional preferred. Must be clean, respectful of shared spaces, and comfortable in a quiet, studious household. I do not smoke, drink, or party. No pets.
