Hi, I’m Masato Marroquin, 33, born and raised in Southern California. I currently work in the Bay Area for most of the week as a private caregiver, so I’m looking for a trustworthy, respectful tenant who enjoys a quiet home and is comfortable keeping to themselves.

I’m hoping to rent out the master bedroom, along with the additional bedroom, preferably to one person that could use an extra room or a small family looking for an affordable place to call home. Because I’m away for work most of the week, the tenant(s) would have the house largely to themselves during that time. I’m looking for someone responsible and trustworthy who can help keep an eye on the house while I’m away.

I’m currently finishing up some tidying and improvements around the house before it’s ready for move-in. Ideally, I’d like to rent both bedrooms together for one affordable set price.

The master bedroom includes:
• Private bathroom
• Walk-in closet
• Private access to the deck
• Access to the kitchen and other common areas
• Additional small storage area

What’s not included are

• Washer/Dryer. There’s a laundromat 5 minutes away. (I will get a set eventually.)

• No central air conditioning. You will need a small A/C unit for the summer time and a space heater for the winter.

• Straight, level, dry roads. Most winters provide snow and icy roads. It’s important to have a vehicle that is at least front-wheel drive, but recommend AWD/4WD.

Utilities, high-speed internet, and trash are all included in the rent. My goal is to make the move as simple and convenient as possible, without having to worry about a bunch of additional monthly expenses.

The home is also a great fit for someone who enjoys being surrounded by nature. There are hiking trails and a nearby fishing lake, making it a peaceful place to come home to while still being within reasonable distance of the surrounding area.

I recommend you see the area and rooms before deciding. You can either show-up to see yourself or we can FaceTime. Will need a few days advance since I’m most likely out of town.
