I live alone, (I own the property) but looking to rent the 3rd bedroom of the house out for $800 a month. (Month to month lease) or 6 month lease
Located in Hesperia on the Mesa.
Quiet neighborhood on a quiet street.

Preferably looking for:
Quiet and respectful.
Clean and responsible.
Non smoker
No pets
The room is spacious and bathroom is next door to the room.

The house is on an acre property with access to the backyard and the river bed below. Parking available.
I do have pets(past animal rescue)-big dogs and 2 cats. The dogs are in and outside of the house but the cats are strictly indoor.
I can keep the dogs separated from the renter and renter’s space as there are 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms in the house.

The room is furnished with a queen size bed frame, mattress, box spring, 2 nightstands (2 lamps) and a dresser.

All utilities included- WIFI, Electric, Gas, Trash, Water
Access to kitchen, one of the living rooms and one of the dining rooms, fridge and pantry.
Access to washer and dryer in laundry room.

I will request background check for every renter as well as proof of income.
