Renting Master Bedroom: All tile floor, unfurnished, except a stand alone cabinet for food pantry items. Size of room: 14’ x 17’, which does NOT include the large walk-in closet or total bathroom area (so it’s a lot bigger). Private shower, separate private sunken bath, double sinks, toilet room (w/door), double French doors to backyard. Must keep bathroom free from mold & mildew, and overall area kept reasonably clean.

Prospective Roommate: Single female with good values preferred, might consider a couple. Must be clean, mature in attitude/mind set, have common sense, & be a responsible person, and all parties should respect each other, and their space / privacy.

No drugs, social drinking ok, no smoking in house – outside/away from house ok.
No overnight guests allowed, no families.
Pet might be considered – willing to discuss.

Shared living area: refrigerator, use of washer/dryer in garage through mud room (next to master bedroom too) , kitchen, living and dining rooms, backyard / patio. Shared space – please clean up after yourself in any shared living area.

Rent: $1200/mth, includes utilities
Deposit: $500
Total Move-in: $1700.00
Rent and Utilities are shared equally 3 ways (3 adults in house). Utilities are: water, gas, basic internet, and electric*. *Note: additional amount will be charged for electric when the bill is over $300 for the month (again equally). The house does have central A/C and heat. No dishwasher. Small storage area available in garage.

Rent is due 3 days before the 1st of the month, and no later than the 2nd day of the month. Rent is considered late if paid on the 3rd of the month. Zelle or cash is an accepted method of payment.

ROOM IS CURRENTLY OCCUPIED; VIEWING IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS TIME, but will be made available ASAP. We expect the room to be vacant within 2-3 weeks and we will ensure it is clean before you move in.
