Renting out one room of our peaceful house. We are work from home professionals and around quite often. The room is upstairs on the isolated side of the house. The bathroom included is not inside the bedroom, but essentially private as we have little to no visitors. Shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The backyard is enclosed space. Good location to highways.

No drugs, pets, or over night guests. Plenty of parking available.
