Hi! We’re looking to share our brand-new townhome with a responsible, tidy roommate. Your private 10×10 ft bedroom comes furnished with a bed and desk, plus an attached ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower, modern sink). You’ll also get closet storage and plenty of natural light from large windows.

You’ll share the kitchen and living room. You’ll also have your own fridge space in the garage level. The home has central AC, and parking is available in the gated community. There’s also a community pool.

Location is excellent — easy access to I-10 & I-215, just ~9 minutes to UCR, ~20 minutes to Ontario Airport, and right by shopping, restaurants, and essentials.

Rent is $1000/month + your share of utilities. Lease terms are flexible (month-to-month, 6, 12 months) — we can chat and set what works. No pets or smoking. Common areas are cleaned by shared agreement.
