We’re renting a "bedroom & home office suite" - TWO ADJACENT private rooms, with a private bathroom in a quiet, respectful Chino Hills home -Available for a single occupant.

One room is furnished with double bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, dresser, nightstand and 3 lamps. The other room is unfurnished with walk-in closet. We are open to rearranging things to fit the needs of the occupant.

Rent: $1500/month for BOTH ROOMS, ALL included (electricity, gas, water, trash, internet/broadband Wi-Fi).

Best fit:
Student or working professional who’s clean, considerate, and mostly keeps to themselves. Light/minimal kitchen use preferred (simple reheating/basic use rather than daily cooking).

• Street parking
• Laundry on site (laundry room upstairs near the room)
• Available January 1
• Move-in: first month ($1,500) + refundable security deposit ($750)

Pets:
Home has a small dog (Cody) and cats. Cat is OK. Calm, well-socialized small dog may be a plus (meet-and-greet required). Pet rent may apply.
