Great amenities, gyms, pools, tennis courts, parks, library, business center, etc. all included for your use! The bedroom we're renting is currently a guest room and office at the far end of the hall. Spacious and ample closet space. We have a really nice bed we'd prefer to leave in but can move it out if preferred (shown in pictures - the bed is a twin when closed and double twins when open which is way larger than a queen). We have desks we can leave in the room if you want an office or we can remove them. Private bathroom. Downstairs hard wood and upstairs carpeted. Laundry in house. HEPA air filters throughout. Plenty of street parking. We're looking for someone quiet and clean. No shoes inside. House slippers ok. Laundry and kitchen use/access ok with schedule.
