Mid-50s homebody female looking for a respectable, kind, quiet, clean-living, non-smoking roommate to share condo in convenient location, who also is responsible with rent & bills, and likes cats.

Location is at Sunset Village on San Bernardino Avenue in Fontana, California, near stores and food places. Convenient if you work at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, as it is only a few minutes away .

Condo features:  2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, cable hookups, internet, and patio.

Rent is $1000 a month.  In addition, you will be splitting the cost for the following expenses: internet, HOA (which covers water and trash), gas, and electric.  Lastly, you will be paying a security deposit and first and last months’ rent.

Interviews and background checks for the room will be conducted.
