Space in kitchen cabinet and mini fridge. Property Features: Security camera surveillance around the entire property. Home alarm system. Fruit trees throughout the property. Chickens (fresh eggs occasionally) and one friendly outdoor cat. 3-month minimum stay (then month-to-month). Single occupancy; Guest policies can be discussed. Queen bed with mattress and topper, nightstand, dresser, desk, shoe rack, and TV. $800 monthly single occupancy. Security deposit of $700 required. $100 monthly for one outdoor pet (cats only).
