Private Large room for One adult occupant with roomy closet. Your own frig/ freezer store your food
Full access to Kitchen & laundry. The bathroom it would be pretty much your own for the time being you would be the only one using. The shower. it is a guest bathroom so people come over they use that restroom for the bathroom and wash hands,, Backyard patio with Bbq. I do smoke cigarettes OUTSIDE only. If you smoke same applies Home is on a half acre safe & quiet neighborhood. Must beable to show steady monthly income. Pet cats do also live in the home. Any questions please feel free to ask home is quiet& drama free. Seeking a responsible housemate to that would like to call this place they're home also. I do have a second room i might consider renting out in the future but I'm not quite sure yet I'm going to but discuss with the other tenant if I do.
