Hi I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Lark! It is a private room and bathroom in a 3 bedroom apartment with individual leases and a shared kitchen and living room. If you can move in on or before June 1st that would be awesome! The lease goes till July 31st and then u would have the option to renew. The address is 3075 Redding avenue, Sacramento Ca, 95820. Rent is $1085 including a reserved parking spot right next to the apartment (-75$ if u don’t need the spot)! The apartment is pet friendly and I am not sure about pet rent because my cat is an emotional support animal (go online to get ur pet a letter and it’s free). Utilities usually come out to around $30. My roommates are two nice, quiet college girls who keep the apartment clean. I will have all of my stuff out and have maintenance clean the room for u. I will sign everything over to u at the leasing office so that it will be in ur name.
