Roommate needed in Tahoe Park/Elmhurst neighborhood 95817, 10 minute walk to UC Davis Medical Center!

I’m an emergency medicine resident at UCD. Open to short-term or year lease.

- 2 bed/1 bath home on V St in a quiet, safe neighborhood
- Garage, 3 car driveway, free street parking, large backyard
- 8-10 minute walk to the hospital (huge benefit given how bad parking is)
- $1300/person ($2,600/mo) + electricity and wifi
- Landlord is a UCD physician and is very responsive. Covers water, trash and gardener/yard maintenance
- Must be comfortable with dogs. I have a sweet 11-year-old border collie mix who mostly keeps to herself when I’m not home
