The room: Private unfurnished bedroom in a 2-bedroom condo. I will get pictures and the size of the closet when my current roommate leaves.
Shared spaces: Kitchen, bathroom (with bidet), living room, and laundry
Rent: $850 per month, utilities and Wi-Fi included

Parking: Carport just outside our yard gate
Pets: I have two small, friendly dogs, so this home is a great fit for a dog lover. Additional pets are not allowed unless it’s a certified service animal.
Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
About me: I am a 73 year old female, retired and I spend most of my time at home.
