There is a closet with a hanging rod and shelf for storage, and the room gets good natural light, making it comfortable for both rest and work. The bathroom is shared.

All utilities are included in the rent: electric, gas, water, and high-speed WiFi. You’ll have full access to the updated kitchen with granite countertops, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, and electric kettle. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, shared living room and dining area, and a private fenced backyard with lawn and mature trees. Carport parking is included.

The location is convenient for students and healthcare workers: about 10 minutes to UC Davis Medical Center and about 5 minutes to Sacramento State University.
