Enough fruit trees for a farm stand

There are two rooms available in a 3 bedroom Oak Park house surrounded by fruit trees and garden paths. There is a washer on-site and a hook-up for a dryer. The house is technically available now, but is being painted this week so you might choose to wait for the move-in. The carpets are also being replaced soon. There is no TV in the house but there is a large bike rack in the living room. Your roommate would be me, a 46-year-old part-time bookseller, semi-pro illustrator and a friendly indoor cat. Vegetarians are preferred but not required. It's fine to have company over sometimes but I'm not looking for a big party house. My preference is someone who maintains quiet after 9 or 10 PM. I am respectful of other people's personal space and expect the same. I love to play music around the house but if you need quiet time that can be accommodated. No alcoholics or hard drugs, please. There is no wifi here but there are lines and a router from two different Internet providers. Hope to hear from you soon!
