I am looking for someone to take over the lease for a 771 sqft 1 bed 1 bath with a car garage in Natomas. The lease is until the end of June and the rent is $1900. I gave a $1900 deposit that will stay. Therefore, you DO NOT HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT and are able to collect the $1900 when you move out. I havw only lived in the place for a couple months and am very clean so it is like new and how it was upon move in. There is also a detached garage AT NO EXTRA COST.

It is on the second floor so no need to worry about loud upstairs neighbors. There’s a laundry room in the apartment itself with a bunch of storage. There is so much storage in every room. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sparkling pool and trees. Walk in closet in the bedroom. It’s actually the best view in the whole complex. There is also trash valet that comes every night, including holidays.

The complex is gated and very nice. There is a pool, gym, mini game room, business center, Amazon lockers, and a beautiful park and pond behind. The area is all new developments and across the street there is a grocery store, and other small businesses and restaurants. Super safe and family friendly.

Move in time can be negotiated but the first of October would be preferred.
