Looking for a peaceful place to land in South Natomas? We have a cozy, furnished (or unfurnished—your call!) bedroom available in our 2-bedroom home.

The Setup:
You’ll be sharing the space with a low-key 49-year-old mom, a bright 10-year-old (here part-time), and the real star of the show: a very sweet, fixed male cat who excels at napping. We’re a fairly quiet household, but we aren't hermits—you are more than welcome to have guests over!

The Perks:
Price: $900/month (Wifi included!).
The Goods: Full kitchen access, so feel free to channel your inner chef.
Resort Life: You get full access to the on-site pool and a small gym (perfect for skipping the gym membership fees).

Flexibility: Want a move-in-ready room? It’s yours at no extra charge. Prefer your own gear? We’ll clear it out.

The Details:
Utilities: We’ll split these. They usually hover around $100 during those toasted Sacramento summers.

Deposit: Just $100 to cover keys and move-out cleaning.
