Shared in the kitchen are a rice cooker, a pizza maker, an air fryer, and a coffee maker, plus some pots and pans. There’s a shared half bathroom downstairs for all tenants and guests to use. Propane and Charcoal Grills are in the backyard for shared use. No smoking in the house! 10 minutes’ drive to Old Sac, Downtown, gym, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, Grocery Stores, 2-3 minutes to Highway 5 / Highway 80, and 15 minutes to the airport (SMF). Walking & Cycling trail right in front of the house, the path goes to Old Sac passing through American River and Sac river junction, river beach accessible by walk (30 minutes), bike (15 minutes) or car (5-10 minutes). A pet’s approval is conditioned only if its potty trained and friendly. There’s a $50 per month and $400 deposit per pet.
