Home has a gym!!! Vaulted ceilings, 3-sided fireplace, open floor plan. Attached garage, Quiet gated community. Lovely yard with gas BBQ. Right off Hwy 99 at Mack Rd. Close to hospitals, shopping, parks.

$1300, included utilities. Month-to-month, so we both have an out in case it's not a good fit.

Non-smokers only, meaning no smoking outside the house, either, including no vaping. No drugs. Clean persons who shower daily, do their laundry, and no scented products in the home, please.

Must like dogs, but no pets of your own, please.
