Water, sewer and garbage are included in the rent. Utilities that are not included in the rent are electricity/gas/wifi, split between everyone. No dogs or cats, as one roommate is allergic. Close to several eateries and two shopping centers, not far from the airport, and close to both 5 and 99 freeway entrances. Very quiet neighborhood.
