Professional & Quiet Home – Ideal for 9-5 Lifestyl

The Atmosphere:
I am looking for a roommate who values a peaceful, predictable home environment. This house is a sanctuary for career-focused individuals who appreciate a clean, organized space to return to after the workday. If you value a high quality of sleep and a drama-free living situation, you will love it here.
The Dogs:
I have 2 dogs who are friendly, well-behaved members of the family. Please note: My dogs have full access to the common areas and will not be locked up or crated (unless for specific safety/maintenance reasons). You should be someone who is genuinely comfortable living with pets and understands that they are a constant presence in the home.
The Space:
• Private Bedroom: with good natural light and good closet space.
• Shared Areas: Modern kitchen and living area kept in "guest-ready" condition.
•Partial private bathroom: big bathroom with shower/tub combo and lots of storage space. Currently being used by home guests and for dogs baths once a month.
• Yard: medium size yard that is mostly used by the dogs.
The Schedule & House Rules:
• Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM to respect the work week.
• Cleanliness: Shared spaces are cleaned after use. I stay on top of pet hair/cleanup, and I’m looking for a roommate who is equally tidy with their own belongings.
• Guests: Occasional dinner guests are welcome, but no large gatherings. Any visiting guests must be comfortable with dogs.
The Ideal Roommate:
• Maintains a stable 9-5 professional schedule.
• Truly dog-friendly and comfortable with pets in shared spaces.
• Non-smoker/Non-vaper.
• Takes pride in maintaining a tidy home.
The Requirements:
• Rent: $1300/ month (Utilities not included but split).
• Verification: Proof of steady income and a background/credit check required.
• References: Professional and previous landlord references preferred
